CCI USA was founded in 2001 with a clear mission: bring dependable, high-quality general contracting to the hotel renovation industry. What started as a small family operation has grown into a multi-state GC firm with over 100 completed hotel renovations.
From the very beginning, the focus has been on one thing: earning the trust of hotel owners, management companies, and brands through consistent execution. Every project is managed with the same attention to detail and accountability that defined the company from day one.
Today, CCI USA is a recognized PIP renovation partner for Hilton, Marriott, IHG, and Choice Hotels brands, with active projects in markets across the country and licenses in multiple states.
