· Complete Market Refresh

· Lobby, Breakfast Area, Fitness and Meeting Room Refresh.

· Indoor Pool- Fix and Re-Paint.

· Install permanent Trash Chute 

· Corridors and Elevator Lobbies – Remove and replace VWC and Carpet. Re-painting doors and door frames. 

· Guestrooms – Replace Carpet and Carpet base. Re-paint accent wall, Full FF&E replacement.

· Guest Bathrooms – Touch up repairs.
