Project Scope: 99 guestroom and public area phased project. 

Project highlights: 

· Repaint building exterior.

· Convert meeting room to Fitness room.

· Market Refresh

· Guestrooms – Complete renovation including new kitchen and appliances, carpet & tile replacement. New paint and FF&E. 

· Guest Bathrooms – 79 rooms shower conversions, new vanities, replace tile and new paint.

· Corridors and Elevator Lobbies – Remove and replace VWC and Carpet. Re-painting doors and door frames.
