Project Scope: 

· Complete Market Refresh

· Lobby, Breakfast Area, Fitness and Meeting Room Refresh.

· Corridors and Elevator Lobbies – Remove and replace VWC and Carpet. Re-painting doors and door frames. 

· Guestrooms – Replace Carpet and Carpet base. New full room paint, FF&E replacement.

· Guest Bathrooms – New VWC and touch up repairs.
